Mystery Parent Poll

Remember that mystery parent game should ideally only last until wednesday since we do want the parent to enjoy the personal spotight questions until sunday

I don't like it the way it is now (i realize both options change it) because usually by the time I'm done with work in the evening to come check, it's over.

Kaitlin'smom replied: It does go a bit fast but I liek the way it is now, I am just worried of we switch to the other it might take way to long to guess, I mean some people could be very vag with points on them selves

the mystery parent is selected randomly from all of the members of the board. obviously, the less active members of the board are not usually in the spotlight as they don't often respond to the initial email asking them to be the mystery parent, nor do they have time to respond to the questions once the game has started.

i was sending out emails/PMs every friday for the following week's mystery parent but am thinking of sending it out earlier since i have had a few no replies. hope that answers your question

kimberley replied: well, it is a close draw but i think we will keep the mystery parent as it is with a couple of new rules...

1. monday and tuesday are question days only! no guesses allowed!
2. i will start selecting the mystery parent on wednesday, so check in often! i think the more newbies we get playing the game, the more challenging it will be
3. each person may ask a maximum of 3 questions and 1 guess.

kimberley replied: each member is allowed to ask a maximum of 3 questions per day and only 1 guess of who they think it is. they may only use that one guess from wednesday on. hope that makes more sense.
