Nic-there should be a "delete messages" button at the bottom of your inbox page thingy, and deleting friends...go to your main log-in page place, where it takes you right after logging in, and it will say "edit friends" with some of your friends pictures there, and you'll probably get it from there...

I have that page bookmarked since you had mentioned it before when someone asked about MySpace. I love her site. I checked it out this weekend when I was fiddling around with my page.
