My worst fear has come true

My2Beauties wrote: This morning as I was getting ready for work in the bathroom, I was standing in front of the sink looking in the mirror. I'm always feeling something on my foot all the time and it's usually my pants leg rubbing my foot as it moved or something, so I'm always checking my feet to make sure it's not something crawling on them because I have this weird phobia, and when I am getting ready my feet go under the sink sort of in a way, well under the cabinet door in the sink. I get ready without my shoes and socks on also (which I will probably stop doing after today) and OMG I felt something on my foot tickling the top of it, I thought it's probably your pant leg LeaAnn quit being a sissy! Well it kept doing it, so in horror I looked down and saw OMG OMG OMG a freaking spider crawling on my foot So I screamed, jumped up in the air I know 4 feet, did a really funny get the h*** off my foot dance and then got a shoe and bashed that spider to smitherines. OMG, he died a horrible death because I had no mercy on him, I smacked him over and over and over and made sure he was dead. OK and for the record, it was an itty bitty spider, which makes me seem like more of a sissy, BUT a spider is a spider guys and they freak me out. So needless to say, we'll be putting down some bug spray or something in the bathroom now, as it gets warmer outside our house is prone to getting spiders especially in the bathroom. *shaking* Eeps! I'm so ready to move!

Once I woke up in the middle of the night because something was tickling my face - I thought it was my hair so I went to brush it off and it was one of those icky spiders with the really long legs. not daddy long legs but the ones that look like them. I was so horrified.

A few days ago they showed an old one I had forgotten about where Carter is extracting a roach out of a ladies ear, it crawled in there while she was sleeping and she was freaking out cause she could feel it moving around trying to get out. NOW A BUG/SPIDER CRAWLING INTO MY EAR WHILE I AM SLEEPING IS NOW "MY" WORST FEAR!

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Yuck, I hate spiders!! They like the warmth and wetness of a bathroom. We don't get them in the house here in Colorado because it's so dry, but growing up in CA, I remember them hangin around all the time! Keeps socks on girl!

I would have called DH at work thou and told him that I was being attacked and made a huge deal he would have come home from lunch like normal and saw the small spot on the floor and laughed at me. I hate spiders they are NASTY and i would have beat him to death to LOL. I hate bugs spiders yuck yuck.

One time i was driving down the street and this big nasty bug flew in my window and was making like screaming noise. I crap you not I pulled over to the side of the road stood outside my car called my mom and chris. I asked them to come rescue me. I wouldn't get in the car as long as that bug was in there and the stupid ugly huge monsterous beast was stuck under my seat. I forget what the bug was call but it was NASTY big and made this horrible screamy noise.

ilovemybaby replied: I had a spider on my stomach or chest once. I was walking into the toilet room and felt a tickle under my PJs and had a look and it was a small spider. I think a money spider or something. I still screamed.
Anyway, I don't know if this is even true but I read once that we swallow about seven spiders in our sleep, in our lifetime. Sorry, I just had to tell.

I hate spiders too. Especially White tails. We don't get huge ones like you do though. We don't have Tarantulas or anything like that. The biggest spider I've ever seen would be about half an inch.

kimberley replied: you are too funny! sorry it freaked you out tho. spiders don't bug be (and it ALWAYS rains when dh kills them lol) but those freaky bugs with the million legs totally creep me out!! and it is so gross when you kill them they disintegrate into dust. YUCK!

redchief replied: You'd be surprised at how many big, bad firefighters are afraid of bugs. I've spent half my life in crawlspaces, so bugs don't bother me a whole lot.

I know Lisa doesn't like spiders much either... she's always getting me or one of the boys to kill them. However, I would think your WORST fear would be that the spider would get to your shoe first and smash you to smithereens.
