So just a few more days.
I am not sure if I shared these photos from graduation but here they are:

College is such an exciting time! So exciting in fact that I just started back to get my second degree (le sigh).
But no really -- it was A LOT of fun the FIRST time around
ZandersMama replied: aww amy he looks so proud!
cameragirl21 replied: I'm so envious, wish I could go back! He looks excited and ready...where will he be going?
MommyToAshley replied: What an exciting time!! I bet you are so proud, tell him we said Congrats. Oh, and good to know he has all the necessities before heading out to college.
bluebear replied: when does he start classes?
amymom replied: Thanks all. I forgot a comma between kool-aid and energy drinks. I don't think Kool-Aid makes energy drinks. And sorry the pictures are so large, I didn't realize.
He will be going to RIT in Rochester, NY. Funny you should ask, Jennifer, his major is "fine art photography". He says they are one of the best Universities for photography. And given Kodak is right there... well he should do ok. He just bought a Nikon D90 and is all set to go. lol!
He has a week of orientation beginning Sunday and then classes begin Sept. 7th.
Thanks again. I think it will be ok, but I will let you all know if I get sad about it, but I don't think so, I am really thrilled for him.

My2Beauties replied: That is so awesome, congratulations to you and he looks so happy and proud!
coasterqueen replied: Congrats!!!! How exciting to go off to college. Now mom, I hope you bought him some ramen noodles too. You can't go through college without them. At least you said you bought him mac n' cheese. Ahhhh, I remember those days.
gr33n3y3z replied: Anne Marie he is going to have a blast Congrats to Billy :-)
BAC'sMom replied: Congrats to him
Hugs for you Momma
cameragirl21 replied: That's wonderful, Anne Marie...I wish I'd known at his age that I wanted to go into photography...had someone told me at that age that I would become a professional photographer, I'd have laughed in his/her face, I'm serious...had no idea back then but it was SO obvious had I been paying attention. Oh yeah, and a D90 is an awesome starter camera, he'll love it and it will take him a long way. And that's saying a lot coming from a Canon girl like myself.... Not that I haven't been tempted to make the switch to the Nikon D3 but shhhh, don't tell, I've always sworn up and down and I'd never shoot with anything not made by Canon.
DansMom replied: What a proud and exciting moment. Sounds like he'll be a good candidate for "care packages" Will he be in a dorm or in an apartment?
