I think they are going to the mall today to get snow gear. boots etc. They had that hat and coat and scarf at the house already. She's just in her sweat pants and sneakers otherwise.

I just realized...is that a HUNTING CAP they put on her? Gawd my in-laws a crazy. I'm so glad I'm not there.

Snow bibs are also referred to as snow suits. Does that help? Let's just say it keeps your legs warm and from getting frost bite (if it's that cold).
