My least favorite time of year

mckayleesmom replied: Not us......but Im looking forward to a less snowy winter here in Kentucky...compared to Minneapolis. Its funny because I still wear alot of summer clothes in winter....Im hot blooded...I just put a jacket over them and take the jacket off once Im indoors or in a car.

moped replied: Yep, getting cooler, but not winter yet.......actually here we have strange weather because we are so close to the mountains we have something called a CHINOOK that can blow in in about an hour and warm up to summer temps in the middle of winter, very strange thing, but it sure helps with the canadian winters

5littleladies replied: It is actually supposed to be 90' here tomorrow! Yuck!! But in a couple of days we are supposed to back to normal which, for us, right now is about 70'. I can't wait!

MommyToAshley replied: Still pretty hot here. Ashley and I went shopping today and we were burning up (wearing shorts). She wanted me to get her pool back out.

The weather this time of year gets really crazy... usually it is cold one day and hot the next. It's so hard to plan Ashley's party outside for this very reason. Last year, it was so warm on Halloween that it was too hot to wear long sleeves. A few years ago, they needed coats on Halloween.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I know exactly what you mean! Fall is my favorite time of year so I'm anxiously waiting to wear sweaters, jeans and boots. But I feel totally stupid since it's still really HOT here! Some days we get rain, but most days are still days for flip flops and skirts. I feel stupid wearing pastels and whites. Even open toe shoes seem funny to me although it's super hot! I figure everyone else is wearing summer clothes, so I can get away with it too.

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: Colorado SPrings has had snow on Haloween evey year for at least the last 10 years....I am counting the days I love jeans, sweaters, sweatshirts, and uggs

A&A'smommy replied: don't feel bad its the same way here!! I went shopping today and bought UH summer clothes because we still have a few more months and even after that it wont be THAT cold!

CantWait replied: Summer hasn't even come for us yet LOL We had maybe two weeks tops of warm weather during the summer put together. Now we're at temperatures of like 9 degrees

DblTblDad replied: it is relatively cold here. I've had to turn up the thermostat and I wear a sweatshirt and bundle the kids up when I go outside.

punkeemunkee'smom replied: I lived on the east coast until I was 9 and visit when I can. We had all the beautiful fall colors! Then moved here and the trees don't change color and we really don't have fall-barely have winter-it will get really cold(mid 30's) for a day maybe 2 in a row and usually warms back up to the 50-60 range! I miss fall and snow! Hot chocolate comes out around here when it hits 65! The other day it was raining and about 78 degrees and there were people in the mall with jackets and jeans on! Think it is because your blood thins cuz it is so hot here all the time!

mom21kid2dogs replied: I love fall, too but it's 90 degrees in Ohio today!! I don't think we'll be getting out sweaters anytime this week!

coasterqueen replied: Ahh I don't worry about what I wear so I probably look like a fool anyways. I'll be wearing summer clothes/colors as long as I can, but then again I only have so much of a wardrobe so I wear all colors all year.

It's 90+ here still and probably will be in the 80's-90's for awhile as it seems.

jcc64 replied: Fall is definitely on the way and beginning to be evident here in NY state. A few trees are just starting to turn, the harvest is awesome, the days are sunny and comfy and the nights are chilly to the point that we have to close the windows. I love the fall, but to be honest, I wasn't ready for summer to be over just yet.

That;s what I was thinking too.. I dont really change colors with seasons... Rae you woudl probably die if you saw my wordrobe Definately one of those what not to wear people I guess it's cooler here.. in the 60-70 range btu hot afternoons. It bugs me cause the kids cannot be comfortable in the same clothes all day. It's COLD in teh AM btu HOT in the afternoon. Crazy weather:)

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: It was really nice here for a couple days and then the stupid 90's came back and we had to turn our air back on But we are suppose to be in the 70's and low 80's by Thursday!!!
