My house is sooo clean

luvmykids wrote: The cleaning lady came today (thanks again, DH!) and the house is so clean I don't know what to do with myself! But have you ever noticed that they do the exact same things, the same way, but for some reason it looks so much better when they do it? Why is that?

gr33n3y3z replied: I dont know but its worth it
I had a cleaning lady come here to do my house I felt so bad watching her I helped her LOL

luvmykids replied: Do you "clean" before they come to "clean"? Last night around 11 I was still doing that and DH said "Why? She's going to figure us out sooner or later." rolling_smile.gif

gr33n3y3z replied:
no maybe thats why I feel bad and I feel I have to help her

C&K*s Mommie replied: So does this mean she will be a regular in your home?? I am envious! emlaugh.gif It is great that your DH did this for you, and even better that you did not have to do it yourself! biggrin.gif

holley79 replied: I'm totally envious. DH is the "cleaning lady" around here. I feel bad and try to do what I can. He's the best. wub.gif

kit_kats_mom replied: Do you "clean" before they come to "clean"?

oh, yeah. I told her when I interviewed her that I wanted her to clean, not pick up toys for 3 hours. rolling_smile.gif I take care of any pick-up/put away stuff the night before

they do the exact same things, the same way, but for some reason it looks so much better when they do it? Why is that?

probably the same phenenomena that causes food cooked by someone else to taste better. I don't like sandwiches if I make them...but when DH or a cafe' makes them? mmmmm tongue.gif

luvmykids replied:
We're going to try it maybe twice a month, but only because I'm having to do a bunch of stuff for our business right now. When DH told me he needed me to do these projects I was having a rough day and kinda flipped out. I told him if I'm going to be working from here then he's either going to have to help or pay someone to do it. (Personally, I'm happy with his choice! biggrin.gif )

C&K*s Mommie replied: If I ever start a business from home, I am going to have to use that ultimateum~~ I know for a fact that he would not help with the cleaning~ he is as bad as the kids! laugh.gif laugh.gif

fashionmumofboys replied: thumb.gif Enjoy your clean house, it always feels better when other people do it.

I always feel that way to, its that nice refreshing feelin.

coasterqueen replied: Oh I remember the days of the cleaning lady. Ahhhhhh! I didn't have one very long, but I LOVED LOVED it when I did have one. I lost it about the time I got pg with Megan because we couldn't afford her and two kids. One day I'll get one again, lol. Course when that day comes I hope I'm a SAHM and then I won't need one, lol.

Oscar replied: Well I am very envious of you, But I can't complain because there are lots of people in my house presently to help out.
Mind you it only a few that really do, maybe thats what I'll ask for for a baby shower present a cleaning lady 2 a month!!!!
Nice thought.
I don't think I would clean up just for the cleaning lady though, I'd probably do it by habbit.
But I'll be happy with my jewellery for now!
HEHEHE

brians-mommy replied: I love my cleaning lady wub.gif What she does to my house in three hours would take me all weekend wacko.gif She comes every other week. I wish I could talk DH into having here come every week thumb.gif

luvmykids replied: That was the other thing that amazed me! She got down to business!
