My Shower Yesterday! - My AUNT bought Maddy a STAR!

jen wrote: I had a shower yesterday and my aunt bought maddy a star in the constellation andromeda! She named it Madelyn Rae - The Princess! ha ha! Ok I always considering people who bought stars to be Hippies or FREAKS but now that my unborn baby has one I think it is kind of cool!!! My aunt wrote a poem to go with it about my grandma that passed away that Madelyn is named after! It is taped to the back of the frame so one day she can read it! It is really neat! I got my crib bedding too! She also got an outfit with bright pink ostrich feathers and rhinestones on it!

I will take pictures of the nursery one we get the curtains up! That is the only thing left to do!!! It was a lot of fun!!!

Congrads, sounds like you are all set! Just think how lucky your little girl will be to have so many people that love her and one person enough to name a star after her. I think that is a wonderful idea and I can see when she is older her telling all her friends about *her star*. You have to take a picture of the feather outift, sounds ummmm interesting?? LOL

And hey, kids always have LOADS of clothes (my kids have more clothes than I do, too!) But they get them dirty so quickly that I'm glad they have so many!
It seems your baby shower was really special... I can't wait till I have my (fourth!) baby shower... It's so much fun!
