My STUPID STUPID HUSBAND - my new car

Heres what happened. Ford called me yesterday and said we forgot to sign a piece of paper. So we went up there lastnight to sign it. And they gave me an ultimadem to either sign all new paperwork or give the car back. The trade in we gave them my dh told them that the payoff was 10,500. well when they called to get the payoff they found out it was actually 12,500. They asked my dh sunday when we bought the car if he called the bank to verify it and he said yes. Well yesterday at Ford they asked him again and he said yes. So he looked at me and I knew that look and all I told him was to sign the f-ing papers. ( I love the car now, they cant take it away) Well I signed and when we walked outside to leave I asked him if he really called the bank and he said NO. I was so mad. I said well where did you come up with that total from and he said well I thought that was it. You thought!!! You didnt call. I was so mad. So no my payments went up $40.00 a month. And today is DH's birthday and he knows I am mad at him. Which sucks. But still would you be mad. Cause now we went into the car upside down. They only gave us payoff on the truck they didnt give us anymore than that. So now they basically added 2 grand to the car.

Sorry I had to vent.

Our Lil' Family replied: Oh my goodness, YES I'd be mad! And I'd tell him that his birthday present was that $2K that just got rolled into my new car....and his Christmas present and next year too! Yeah, that's just not a smart thing to do...but at least you still have your car and you love it!!!!!!

I told him he had to quit eating lunch everyday, and that he couldnt buy anything new for HIS 4-wheeler, and all kinds of stuff. Oh he knew I was mad.

And yes the car is SOOOO worth it.

I think I wouldve argued with them & made THEM eat the cost.

Anyway, yeah, you have the right to be angry, don't worry.
