My Bridal shower was a hit

My2Beauties wrote: I had about 40 people show up and the food was good, the games were great. We played a game called How well do you know the Bride and Groom where I made up 20 questions for people to answer, I got some funny answers on that one! Especially #19 asked What does the Groom always tell the Bride she doesn't have enough of?? Before you guys think anything nasty (just like everyone at my part did) the answer is money! So you can imagine the answers I got on that one! I got a lot of stuff that I registered for:

Blender
Toaster
Quesadilla Maker
Sandwich Maker
Belgian Waffle Maker
bunches of picture frames
bunches of wedding photo books
An air purifier I wanted one so bad for Hanna
a Pasta Bowl set (10 bug huge pasta bowls)
Some really pretty cups
ONe of those Magic Bullet Food Processors on TV (mom got us one)
My aunt handmade us a sign for the door that says our last name, a clock with our names and a wedding photo book out of wood
I got some nighties , some classy some not so classy (ahem)
I got measuring cups and spoons
I got a really huge picture of this Angel from Home Interios
I also got a beautiful wedding memory book that holds a pic of us and the invitation on the front, you open it up to put photos in and then the underneath is a box to hold things!

Let's just say I racked up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got more but I can't even remember it all!

DansMom replied: This is the fun part! Wait until you have to write out all the thank you cards JK, that sounds like a blast. With all that good feeling and cheer, it's a good sign that the wedding will also be fun and celebratory.

HA! I thought about that today, I said ok yesterday was all fun and games but this week, I'll be sore and poor writing and sending Thank you Cards!

No I just had to wear a pin that said Bride to be on it!

Oh yeah did I tell you guys my friend went to glamourgirl.com or something like that and had some thong underwear on them made that said I Love Brian (I Heart Brian actually) and then a shirt that said Mrs Montgomery! They are so freaking cute! That was embarrassing to open up in front of aunts and uncles

The best thing had to be that game that we played,...it was called How Well Do you know the Bride and The Groom! My friend had me write 20 questions about our relationship, stuff like what year did we meet, where did we meet, how many bedrooms does our house have, what family member do we live next door to, where did Brian propose?? etc...and you can either let them answer on their own or give some multiple choice options and whoever gets the most right wins the prize. We played bridal shower Bingo too which was fun! We had some wonderful food, a vegetable tray, relish tray, chips, pretzels, ham sandwiches, meatballs, potato salad, macaroni salad, YUM it was really good! The games are always the funnest part. Don't forget to make one of the games when you pass out an envelope to everyone, From the Thank you cards box, have everyone write their address on them (this way you don't have to address thank you cardes) and have the bride to be draw one out as a prize as well!

Yes ready as I'll ever be! Reality is really sinking in now, in less than 4 weeks I will be a married woman!
