My2Beauties wrote: My mortgage broker just emailed me....and we got approved. YEAH! She just needs some more paperwork for us. Right now the house we're looking at isn't finished yet so it'll be after Christmas before we move but I am still so happy!!!!

Yes I am so excited! The thing is it is going to be in DF's name because his credit is better, the loan is and I will be on the deed, we can refinance in 2-3 years to get me on the loan when I improve my credit 100%!
