So, Jonah is almost 9 months and working on the crawling thing but still not getting anywhere. At least he is a good sitter.

MommyToAshley replied: Ashley does everything but walk on her own. However, she does let go and she falls on her little bum. LOL She is 9 months old.

Mommieto2Girls replied: Madison is 9 1/2 months and is a great crawler, she pulls herself to stand but is not cruising along the furniture yet. I can put her to stand alone and she can hold her balance for like 30 seconds. She also lets go now while holding onto something, sometimes she doesn't realize she is doing it though.

ediep replied: Jason rolls around when he wants to get somewhere, he sits up very well and he is working on the crawling.

MomofTay&Sam replied: We have rolling and sitting mastered. Sam just rolls wherever he wants. He is humping the bed and floor so I think the army crawl is right around the corner.

Mom2_my3boys replied: Zachary will be 9 mos. tomorrow, and he crawls everywhere! There is no stopping him! He pulls himself up to a stand and moves along the furniture a little bit. I think that will be perfected in the next couple of weeks!

Kaitlin'smom replied: Kaitlin is just over 5 months old and is rolling, not everywere yet but if she sees a toy she wants she will figure how to get there. She is working on sittling up for lng peroids of time, she is great with support and can sit unsupported for about 1 minute. She kind scoots foward if on her belly and will kinda scoot backwards on her back!

she is just so silly! she now had discovered how to scream in a high pitch, ouch that hurts the ears!

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Zach is 9 months old, and he can almost walk on his *own*. He cruises, he'll walk if we hold ONE of his hands, but he falls after a few seconds if we let go his hand.

booey2 replied: Well Thomas is now 18 months and running but he started walking just before his first birthday. I couldn't believe it because his brother Matthew didn't walk til 14months. And generally boys are a little slower when it comes to these milestones (so I am told).

mummyof2boyz replied: Hayden is 8mo. old and he is a cruiser/crawler. He was cruising before he started to crawl.

This was Ashely before she could crawl. She would crawl with her belly on the ground. I said she looked like Spiderman when he goes up a building. I was surprised how fast she was. LOL.

jdkjd replied: Bailey is still doing the commando crawl. She seems to like it, so I'm not sure if she's ever going to do the traditional crawling.

My older son commando crawled at 10 months, started crawling around 12 months and then walked (first steps) at 16 months. So, I'm not worried about Jonah. He just started pushing himself backward so I'm sure forward is just around the corner. :-)
