I think Dee Dee should absolutely have Thanksgiving.

And nice to meet you

And HELLO!! Long time no see...
MommyToAshley replied: Sis, You are such a goof!
Thanks for all your support everyone. It looks like I am hosting dinner this year. We will have around 40 people, I don't think I have ever cooked for that many people. Yikes. I made Thanksgiving a few years back and cooked the turkey upside down , but it was yummy anyways. Wish me luck.
kimberley replied: LOL glad the turkey dinner turned out good good luck with christmas dinner.
A&A'smommy replied: YES I agree she should DEFINITLY host it at her house
punkeemunkee'smom replied: Have everyone bring something-that will help on the food aspects
That is acually a great tip-all the fat is on the underside of the bird if you cook it upside down the fat and moisture runs into the breast of the turkey and you will get a much more moist meat! Gobble! Gobble!
*Edit to say about an hour before it is done turn it right side up and continue cooking for that golden table ready turkey-it does not brown well upside down
ashade75 replied: Didn't you leave the gizzard and neck inside also??? Glad to see you gave in! Love ya sis
