luvmykids replied: Yes, it is the big can...it makes it thick and really moist. I've never tried it in an angel food pan, I'm sorry, I should have clarified that but I think it will be ok.
The glaze is REALLY sweet, so even a frosting fiend might have enough with just the one recipe but that might just be my taste. I personally like the glaze to have hardened some on the outside but still be sort of moist inside, so I usually glaze it a few hours before serving it.

And its all your fault Monica that I own a bunt pan now. The first time I made it I didn't use a bunt pan Tara and it worked out perfectly fine.
PrairieMom replied: YOu were totally clear that it was to be baked in a bunt pan, I just didn't read that far into the recipe until the oven was already pre-heating. It smells soooo good tho. I think I will wait and make the glaze tomorrow and put it on before dinner.

PrairieMom replied: Aw man.... I forgot to add the cinnamon. I swear I really can bake, but when you are trying to keep your kid's fingers out of the bowl things get missed. Can I add it to the glaze and still be okay?
