Well Dh has been very busy studying for his advancement tests for the Navy. The only time I have been able to take a shower is when Annika is finally out like a light, which is always late night. Annika also hasn't had a BM since the morning of the 26th.

Well DH came downstairs and I had just finished feeding Annika. I told him she would probably need a diaper change in a minute or so that he would be able to tell if it was wet or not just by feeling it. Well I head up the stairs and into a nice hot shower. It was so nice not having to rush for fear that she would wake up and holler.

Well I got out of the shower and did all the after shower ritual that I have been missing out on. I started down the stairs. I heard him tell Annika that he was going to change her diaper not to TT on him. Well I stop on the stairs above where he is sitting. He can't see me though. He opens up the diaper and she had a SERIOUS nasty. Well he said a few choice words. I could have easily went down and helped him but I was getting great pleasure out of watching from afar. I was trying so hard not to laugh. He would get out a wipe, wipe one time and put the wipe in a plastic bag. Needless to say it was very messy. Finally I couldn't help it and I did laugh. He was so ticked.

I finally just told him that it took two to tango and that I have changed WAY more then my share and I took care of the last explosive nasty BM.

BTW when he opened her diaper, she wasn't quite done yet.

holley79 replied: he changed one minor poopy back in the beginning. I don't feel the least bit bad. He got over it. I do have to admit that was the worst one by far. I figure it is all the ones I have changed combined.

I'll never forget the first time I left Maddie at home with Scotty to run to the store. She pooped everywhere. And man it STUNK. It was all over him, all over her clothes, her changing table...everywhere. He was NOT happy. It was also the first time he ever changed her diaper.

I was only gone for like 30 mins, too.

I"m known to smell the poppy diaper and tell DH its his turn to change her(he broke his nose and can't smell that good) and that its a wet one. I'll go and get in the middle of something or go to the bathroom. Now that is mean
