Me and my big mouth
MyBrownEyedBoy wrote: So far today, Logan has said 2, count them, 2 swear words. Courtesy of my own big mouth. First this afternoon, I bumped my sore thumb and said sh#$! Which Logan promptly repeated. Then I hear my 2 year old say that and I go oh, da@$. And he says that one. He hasn't since said either word and I didn't make a big deal out of it, so I hope they didn't stick in his newly forming vocabulary.
PrairieMom replied: We are in the same boat over here. The Boys newest phrase? " Oh Cr@p!"
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: LOL, Tara, at least I'm not alone.
1lilpeanut2love replied: I am in the same boat. My DD repeats everything!! I need to watch my mouth. I kinda cuss alot!
A&A'smommy replied: ugh yes BTDT!!! Hopefully they wont stick!!
ZandersMama replied: Zander has gotten in the habit of calling daddt a sh@thead don't know where he got that one
My3LilMonkeys replied: Last week my sister called Brooke a little Sh@& (which she was totally being ) and Brooke immediately asked "Is Madison a little sh*@ too?
My2Beauties replied: Hanna is really good at saying bullsh*t and I will whoop your a$$
CantWait replied: I'm with ya all. I have a big time ugly mouth though. I can't think of one Anthony hasn't said.
We were in the mall one day and within minutes he had said fing b****, dumb a**, fat a**, and a couple others
Boo&BugsMom replied: Oh just wait until he learns how to rhyme!!! Tanner likes to rhyme with the word DUCK! Yeah, guess which word came after it!? He also has rhymed with the word PIT...prompting "tit" and "sh&%"! I had to warn his Awana teachers at church about it. In the middle of Walmart he just started rhyming with duck and shouted F*CK and S*CK! AHHHHHHH! Poor kid doesn't know what he's doing wrong when I tell him to stop nor does he know they are bad words, but I try to tell him some of those words we shouldn't say so lets try rhyming with another word. But, he always refers back to them because they are easy to rhyme with!
Kaitlin'smom replied: Kaitlin asked daddy monday nigth why he said sh@@, he has said it the ngiht before when he droped something. I am not sure what prompted her to ask him 24 hours later. Thankfully she has not picked up bad words as I rarely say them around her but DH has
redchief replied: You're all a bunch of potty mouths, now aren't you?
It's okay, Kelly, now he's better prepared to verbally express himself at the playground!
Kaitlin'smom replied: oh Ed you crack me up
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Oh, Ed. That is the last thing I need. LOL. Especially at a christian day care.
quinnandjacob'smom replied: This thread is cracking me up Now I know what I have to look forward to!
luvmykids replied: Oh Kelly I feel your pain Macie came down the stairs saying "Truck it" only not "truck it" if YKWIM. Definitely did NOT get that one from me though, the worst contribution I've made is da&*.
flirtycuddle replied: My dd's first real word was a$$ courtsey of my dad. She had ma and da but untill Christmas day (by the way her first XMas) she would never say a real word clear as day. We went to my dads for Christmas dinner and he was watching Meet the Fockers and if u seen the movie you know the scene where the lil boy repeats a-hole over and over and over. Well my dad trying ot be funny starts saying it to DD trying ot get her to repeat and sure enough a$$ came out. I was upstairs doing something to find her saying it over and over and my dad and brother laughing like crazy egging her on. I was so livid even on Xmas I went off on both of them. I've got her to stop saying it for the most part but I let dumb a slip once and sure enough now she says a$$ dumb. (dont ask me y it's backwords). Now when she gets mad she says a$$ dumb and stomps off pouting.
