Major p&pts needed - the home buying process

the only problem is, even if it really is the house intended for us, an investor would probably still come and steal it from under us!

Oh, and we are looking in the West Phoenix/Avondale area. Our agent is wonderful, but there is only so much you can do when you don't have 20,000 sitting around.
