Oh how I'd love a mani & pedi but being a SAHM I gave those up!

CantWait replied: Well last night was my night out. There's a group of ladies who's husbands are on tour like myself, so we went to a restaraunt with private dining room and celebrated one of their birthdays. We each got a little loot box, filled with a bunch of sample makeup, gift certificates, and a couple other goodies. I treated myself to dinner, desert, and a glass of wine (only one since I had to drive home). This weekend one of the girls is having a wine, martini, and cheese night at her home so I'll probably do that.

ions_momma replied: I actually got time to myself for a while tonight! I laid in bed and watched 7th Heaven and Prison Break while DH watched tv in the living room and one of my friends took Ion with her to hang out for a little while! Of course, I eventually had to get up to give Ion a bath and clean up around the house a little.

coasterqueen replied: Ok, mine wasn't anything exciting to most people, but I sat and watched tv and got on a chat group last night. It was late when I did it so I was a bit tired but I enjoyed myself. The kicker is Dh was doing laundry, washing dishes, picking up and I didn't move my big fat butt from the couch and help him. He was fine with it. I told him after getting the girls to bed that I was going to sit and not move a muscle and have "me-time" and he was fine with it. What a sweetie he is.

My time was spent yelling at the kids (who were especially cranky last night) once I got home at 6:15pm (had to work late - I`m usually home at 4:40) until they FINALY went to bed at 9:20pm.... Then I told DH not to bother me for once while I was in the bath (he usually finds somethign stupid to come bug me about). I stayed in the bath about 15 minutes with a book, at which point I was really tired from the heat of the water and the reading... so I went to bed.
