I showed this to Jen. It is a little racey for me. I felt naked all day. But this is what I called my first Hoochie outfit.. My first HOT momma out fit. I haven't wore anything like this since I was 15 years old to put it in my terms so it was amazing.

You guys are my inspiration in so many things. This week one of the only reasons I am going..

Don't think bad of me when you see how I am dressed..but it was for clubbing one night!

How in the world are you doing it? I have very little will power, so I'm having a tough time losing anything.

Well at first it was hard. At first I didn't know if I could do it. But as time goes on, and you stay commited then it gets easier. Once you start seeing results then it makes it 10x's easier. When you set a goal and reach it the next goal is easier. Even if the goal is I will drink 60 ounces of water today, then it is easier to say 80 ounces tomorrow will be no big deal.

It really is a lifestyle change. At frirst it is hard but the more you do then the easier it gets.

To be honest Randy isn't to keen on me looking like this. It has triggered alot of things. We start counceling on Monday.

I guess it seemed fast to some but not to ME.. at all. I feel like it has been 6 months of hard ward and I think it has taken forever. When I see my stomach I think..oh my How can I look like this still.

It is slow. The people I see everyday don't even notice it really. For along time I was like Dang when will someone notice I am not 215.. you know it took about 50lbs before people were like Dang girl you lost weight.


It seems like a slow process most of the time.

And that last 10 will never leave.

But if I can do it anyone can!
