I had a 16.9 oz bottle today.

A&A'smommy replied: how do ya'll know how many ounces you are drinking? I drank about 7 or 8 cups I loose count I'm thirst all the time so I drink a lot it will probably be more than that.. 
3_call_me_mama replied: We buy bottled water. They are .5 liters or 24 once sport top ones. SO i did the online conversion for the liter ones adn found out it was a 16.9 oz bottle... (and a regular glass, like kitchen glass is between 12-16 oz... at least our are (they are marked on the bottom )

We drink the bottled water too, it has the ounces printed right on the bottle.
But, if you are drinking from the tap, then I would estimate each glass as being 8 ounces since most are around that size.
