She's 7 lbs. 13 oz and 21 inches. She came out face-up which probably caused the extended and painful labor.

My mom had my little brother "sunny side up" and they had to break my moms pelvic bone to get him out b/c his nose was stuck it..ouch. I'm glad that even though it was a long and painful labor, that you made it without having to take any steps like that or a C section!
