Kylie's Spring/Easter/18 month pics

Thanks Jen you are too kind I think I'm just going to have to get used to the fact that Kylie's NEVER going to have hair, lol, and she will not be a girlie girl. I went out and bought a bunch of dresses (consignment shop) for her to wear this spring and summer because I'm determined to have her look like a girl. LOL. She won't wear hairbands so that's not an option

She just won't pose for the camera. Grrrrrr. LOL.

Kylie is a doll and i love the pic where she is laughing! it is so cute but then i prefer candid shots over portraits any day. i don't think she looks like a boy at all and her dress is very pretty from what i see of it. like Jen said, Kylie couldn't look bad if she tried

Kaitlin'smom replied: Karen they are not as bad as you think, I think we are all to critical of our own pics usually cause they did not turn out as expected. You are right I cant see her dress very well, it does look cute from what I see in the last one. I do like them, she is cute even if she is not smiling and the last one is the best.

MommyToAshley replied: Karen, I think you are being way toooo critical. Kylie is a doll baby. But, I am the same way with Ashley, I think she looks better in person than her photos. (I think all babies are that way) But, the photos are really cute. And, I am not just saying that! I really love the last photo... you can just see the laughter. It made me smile from ear to ear when I saw it!

The dress is cute too. It looks similar to the Easter Dress I got Ashley, except I think Ashley's has three bows across the front instead of one.

Where did you get them taken? The background looks similar to a background JCPenny used last Easter for Ashley's photos. I liked the background, but it was the only photo Ashley didn't smile in.

Jamison'smama replied: They are all great pictures--I really like the last one though--she does not look like a boy--of course I say Jamison looks like a boy when she has nothing in her hair as well---I completely understand the frustration----the ONLY picture I got of Jamison last time is in my sig --not a smile in the bunch so I GET IT! I am getting Easter pictures taken of her tomorrow--we'll see. Jamison is also refusing to wear bows or headbands now

Kylie is a BEAUTIFUL girl and she cannot look bad in a picture.

Thanks I did get them taken at JCPenny's. We didn't do easter photos last year, so this one worked. I'm not sure if they have a new one for this year or not.

You can tell she is smart in the first ones b/c she is more interested in studying what the photographer is doing than what she is really there for. Maddie used to do the same thing. I know your frustration, but she is still a cutie!!

I NEVER walk away from a photo experience happy.(unless they were taken at Kiddie Kandids). I go, have Maddie's picture taken and don't talk for the rest of the day b/c I worry about how they look and what the photographer could have done differently. But, once I get the pics in and look back on them they are priceless.
