K's cardiologist appt

kit kats mom wrote: We just got home from the cardiologist. He said her murmer is the Innocent type which means it is no biggie. Horray!

She weighed in at 19.25 lbs so she is gaining slowly.

I guess I missed the pre-story about K's murmur. I'm glad she's ok, though. My 8 yr old had a murmur as a newborn and the dr was quite concerned. Had a few visits with a pediatric cardiologist who determined that he had a small hole which would eventually close on its own, or require surgery should it not. It eventually did. Scary in the meantime. BTW, Corey finally hit 20 lbs!!!!!!!!!!! Only you and a few others here could appreciate what a big deal that is to us!

It's a relief to have the cardiologist say it is nothing. The only reason I was concerned is because some heart conditions present as "failure to thrive". I was pretty nervous.
