LOL, these are my first pc.com kids...everyone else is welcome to come down this way for a pc.com get together/picture party. I won't be able to host everyone at once in my tiny, 1000 sq foot, 1 bedroom apartment in the sky but if you come when we're not in season, accomodations are actually reasonable. Oh yeah, season starts right after Thanksgiving and ends on May 1st.
Looking forward to meeting/shooting more of you in the future....

Those parasols are actually Cary's, it's interesting how it worked out--I have parasols I meant to bring but I realized shortly after I got on the road that I forgot to bring them and I was really bummed but I was not about to turn back to get them (Cary is about a 4.5 hour drive from me). Turns out Cary took the girls to get new dresses for pictures and they picked the ones they were wearing. My parasols wouldn't have matched anyway as I have bright red, bright orange, and bright yellow ones. One of the first things I told Cary when I got to her house was that I was bummed that I forgot my parasols and she told me they have some and it just so happens that theirs match the girls' dresses perfectly. You can't tell with Lauren's because I only posted parasol pics of her that I made b/w (I have more but I couldn't post them all, otherwise I'd be a pc.com bandwidth hog) but her parasol is purple just like her dress and Katherine's is light blue, just like her dress. This was totally unplanned but I thought it was interesting how it all worked out as the girls really seemed to like using the parasols in pictures, especially Lauren who was totally flirting with the camera.
I was impressed by how well the girls took the photoshoot as they had been up late the night before and were tired...and so were Cary and I.
Btw, I need to find parasols like that as hers are really much nicer than mine.

Tracy, it's funny you showed up...Cary and I were talking about who we've met from here...she is the first person I've met but she has met quite a few people from here and as she was naming off everyone she'd met, she suddenly said, "I'd like to meet DansMom" and I was like, "oh yeah, me too but she never comes around anymore." And now here you are.
Hoping to meet more of you...and these days I never travel without my camera bag.
