I don't know anymore where we're lost in translation.

Zach is going to "Jardin" and Emilie is going to "maternelle" wich I guss are Kindergarden and Pre-K. Next year Zach will be in 1st grade.

Lucky you! We were half day until two years ago, I think. I always thought I'd look forward to them being gone all day but now, in spite of how grown up they're getting, they still seem too little to be in school all day

Macie is sure looking forward to it though

It's my first batch of kids to go to school, I'll still have my baby at home. The kids are already telling everybody that I'm going to cry on their first day

jem0622 replied: My poor Gabe misses the cutoff by 17 days...so he won't be starting with his bday buds. He will go to pre-k daily (mornings). I just put the positive spin on it...he has a greater chance of being an outstanding student. ;-)

Same here. Kylie misses the cut-off by 6 days so she will start Pre-K on August 21st instead.

Logan misses the preschool cutoff by 4 days. It's Sept 1 and he's Sept 5. So, he'll be nearly 6 when he starts kindergarten. Good luck to all our 5 and 6 year olds.

She actually makes the cut-off by 10 days, but she won't turn 5 until September 5th.

3_call_me_mama replied: We homeschool and are oficially starting this fall.. cameron woudl have gone to public K this year but will be doing grade 1 at home instead as we covered K last year

right now I have 3 in school already..This fall I will have a 2 grader,5th grader and an 8th grader:D
btw,they start Aug. 27th. they usually start in mid Aug,but the dumb legislature people thought everyone should start at the same time.
