Hope everything goes smoothly for you, I hate packing and moving. I told DH I'm instituting a no move period of five years....if he wants to move again in that time I get to hire movers

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Oh, heck, forgot to update ya'll. Original buyers fell through. They wanted us to fix 4 pages worth of stuff, even wanted us to install egress windows in the basement. Um, nope! Basically, we would have spent $15,000 on the house to get it up to their standards. Sorry, charlie.
So, we relisted the house, showed it 3 times and got a new offer. They already did the inspection and it's approved. We need to be out by October 17. And no, we didn't buy the other house, we are going to move into a rental and build our dream house. So, two moves in less than a year. I'm really going to get rid of our crap. And I do get movers. I just have to pack, they will load and haul. I don't have to lift the couches. Thank God.

It's temporary, but Aaron doesn't care about garages. LOL. He says it's a bit small, but doable for short-term. 9 months. I can do 9 months. It's just a pregnancy. I'm gestating my dream home.
