So I threw the hand towel on the floor, stepped out of the shower and lost my balance! I kinda did this half fall which I don't think I could repeat if I tried. I caught my foot on the cabinet and now once again my foot hurts. I had to go downstairs to the House Managers Office and ask for a band aid. How pathetic is that! The volunteer working the desk was a nurse so she was asking me all these questions, talk about embarrassing ! I'm having a little trouble walking, so it will be interesting to see how we make it to the hosptial for Spencers Clinic Visit!

i really hope your foot feels better, i think with all you have on your mind, it's easy to lose your balance and sense of equilibrium. i really hope you feel better.

if it makes u feel any better i stupidly decided i should put my iron in the linen closet on the top shelf and of course the next time i went in for a towel (on new yrs) i nearly knocked myself out cold by catching the cord and having the hard metal of the iron land on the bridge of my nose/eyebrow
