K is such a suck-up. She will have no - friends if she keeps this up.
kit_kats_mom wrote: Yesterday, I went to pick K up from the sitters. She waved and said bye to the other kids but had to hug, kiss, wave bye bye too, and say "I love you miss Candice" to the sitter. I started giggling and said "geez, could she be more of a teachers pet? What a suck up"
Well this morning, Candice pulls a big box out from under her tree and says "don't let the other kids see it or say anything to their moms. I only bought them $2 gifts. But you know K's my favorite and she saw the one we bought Sam & liked it so here you go." I started laughing and said, yep, she's a teachers pet alright. She said that K comes up to her during the day and gives her hugs, pets her hair etc.
OMG, my child is going to be one of those kids who all the adults love but other kids beat up and talk about behind their backs. UGH LOL Could be worse.
amynicole21 replied: Hee hee!! I think Sophia's the same way. She loves Miss Lydia (Mi Leela) and follows her around all day doing EVERYTHING that she does. She's even gotten in trouble a few times because she won't sit down when Ms. Lydia is walking around the room, she has to be her shadow
jcc64 replied: I think it's pretty common with only/oldest kids. They are really eager to please. Trust me, the second one will NOT be that way, mine could care less what I or anyone else says or thinks. Count your blessings
Josie83 replied: That's sort of sweet in a way! I'm sure she'll grow out of it. its great that she loves her babysitter so much though! xx
A&A'smommy replied: LOLOLOL you are halarious!!! But at least she is loved and she gets the BEST present!
DansMom replied: Katherine and Sophia crack me up!
ediep replied: thats adorable!!! What was the cool gift??
kit_kats_mom replied: I dunno. I have ingrained the "wait until christmas to open presents" rule so much that I'm afraid to let her open it early. LOL We will probably wait until christmas.

MommyToAshley replied: That's sooooo cute!
At least you know she likes her sitter, and vice versa!
Now I am curious, I don't think I can wait until Christmas to find out what the cool gift is. Can you unwrap it when K is sleeping, tell us what it is, and then wrap it back up?
MomToJade&Jordan replied: LOL!!!!!! 2 years old and all ready the teacher's pet. That is not my kid. She's really sweet, but she is usually too busy getting into trouble. If K is the one that will be beat up and talked about behind her back. Jade is the one who will be sent to the principle all the time.
kit_kats_mom replied: Ok, I peeked...I feel so naughty now LOL
It's a "my first leap pad". Wow! I sure wasn't expecting that. K will love it.
maestra replied: lol...and Jaci would be the one starting all of the talking! Big stinker I have!
MommyToAshley replied: Wow! That is a great gift! She REALLY must love K, but then who wouldn't!
Maddie&EthansMom replied: What a sweet little girl. I'm glad she has such a good, trusting relationship with her sitter.
And WOW!!! What a great GIFT! Tell K to keep up the good work! LOL!
Josie83 replied: Shame on u! xx
kit_kats_mom replied: <Pointing up> Mommy2Ashley made me do it.
My2Beauties replied: Awww that is so cute, I love little kids like that though, because they'll always play with your hair and I love for my hair to be played with!
Hanna will be sent to the principal too and I know this already and shes only 13 months, that child of mine is so hard-headed! Whenever other kids are over our house she always makes it a point to make them cry
