Just one reason I love him!

Our Lil' Family wrote: DH just walked in from work with the new Bob Greene Best Life Diet book for me! I told him in WalMart the other day that I wanted it but I didn't buy it so he stopped and got it for me!! Just the right time too, I needed it!!!

Maddie&EthansMom replied: It's a good one! I read it last week (checked it out at the library). I was already doing everything he suggests, though. I was kind of proud of myself for that. I bought YOU: On A Diet It's also very good. I got a lot of helpful tips from it, but it's very similar to Bob Greene's, just different teaching styles.

Both books are about eating healthy and living your best life instead of fad dieting. I think that's why I've had so much success. I hope you do, too. I really feel that you will get in the right mindset and be better prepared after reading that book. If you're anything like me, I never had to diet until after I had Ethan. It was so new to me. I had no idea what healthy eating was.
