kayla's mama replied: That is nice I love the kitchen with the plant shelf above the sink.....oh how nice.
KingMom replied: I love it and think it's a great deal compared to renting an apartment!
mckayleesmom replied: I love that type of house, but I just noticed that I don't think the backyard is fenced in...and that is a MUST on our list so the kids can play outside....We don't have a fence right now and I HATE it.
luvbug00 replied: gezze for that place I'd cut down trees and build it myself!!
coasterqueen replied: Great place!!!
C&K*s Mommie replied: Nice place. hope you find what you are looking for (nice house like that, but with a fence)
Sarah&Mackenzie replied: That is really nice!
luvmykids replied: I love it! And from what you've said it would be a HUGE improvement over your place now!
My3LilMonkeys replied: Very nice place! Maybe check into putting up your own fence?
kimberley replied: excuse me while i pick my jaw up off the ground lol. $925/mo?! i can barely get a roach infested 1bdrm here for that price!!!!! good find! i think i live in the wrong place lol
mckayleesmom replied: I heard that is how it is where Happymom lives too...I have a friend that lives up there and she said that its sooo expensive for not much. I want to be really picky this time. No hardwood floors or stairs. I prefer 4 bedrooms and a fenced yard.
luvmykids replied: same here ...a "decent" but small house starts at $1000. what you're looking at easily goes for $1500 a month here.
mckayleesmom replied: I want the 4th bedroom for a playroom/guestroom.....I hate the fact that we don't have an extra room here.
luvmykids replied: I miss our playroom I didn't think it would be a big deal but you'll love having one.
