Crystalina replied: Oh good Lord! People are so "sue happy" these days. You think this (apparently important) man would have better things to do. And it's terribly sad that these people are thinking about shutting down a business they've owned for 7 years and leaving America. I wouldn't give him the satisfaction.
amynicole21 replied: Well, he'll likely lose his judge-ship over it thank goodness. Jerk

But Pearson was not satisfied and expanded his calculations beyond one pair of pants. Because Pearson no longer wanted to use his neighborhood dry cleaner, he asked in his lawsuit for $15,000 -- the cost of renting a car every weekend for 10 years to go to another business.
Give me a break! That lawyer that filed that suit should be disbared!
To put someone through such a thing is just wrong! The poor cleaners even offered to settle with him for $12,000 for ONE freaking pair of pants!!! Those poor people!
Calimama replied: I hope in the end it's decided that HE has to pay for the dry cleaning's lawyer and court fees.
Kaitlin'smom replied: JERK Its people like this that keep frivouls lawsuits going.
stella6979 replied: I would love it if that happened. I'm guessing that MANY people will be upset at this judge and who knows, maybe more people will go there because of it.
Twelve Volt Man replied: And many lawyers wonder why they're so disliked by so many people.
kimberley replied: how is this guy a judge???
Boo&BugsMom replied: I'll say what I normally say about people like this.........MORON!
sparkys2boys replied: Well said..lol!!
HuskerMom replied: What a huge waste of time and money! Those poor people.
Ashlynn's Mommy replied: I know. I heard it on the news last night. I couldn't believe it. 65 million dollars???????????????????? If it were a smart Judge then he'd throw it out of court.
