Well on the way to work i had the wierd feeling i should listen to the telethon. So i truned it on. at 7am this morning the dj i sent mt email to read it on the air. HE couldnt even get through the email without crying to a point where he had to stop midway to catch his breath. This meant so much to me to hear my story on the radio. It brought sad and happy tears to my eyes... and then this dad of 7 kids heard my story being read so he called in and donated money(120 a month for 12 months) and said that the story Of jordan touched him heart.
C&K*s Mommie replied:
That is generous of that father, and shows how big his heart is to donate that money when his wallet (with 7kids) must be a fraction of that size. Bless him.
kayla's mama replied: That is so giving of the father. I got goose bumps reading your post. I sure hope the hospital gets alot of donations this week.
Chiflata2003 replied: I'm sorry that I dont know your story or what this telethon is about, but I'm glad the father was so generous.
mummy2girls replied: its a telethon to support the stollery childrens hospital here in edmonton... my son passed away of a disease 7 years ago at that hospital:(
Chiflata2003 replied: Im so sorry!
