Ok, I guess that perhaps that’s a bit harsh seeing as how she probably did not know that I’d joined Weight Watchers last Thursday and I have a weigh in next Thursday. She does however know that I am a bread-a-holic and she and her family sent us 3 loaves of homemade bread. Luckily we can freeze it so we put 2 & ½ loaves in the freezer and ate the other half with dinner and the olive oil it came with. Mmmmmmmm its' way too yummy.

I have no control. I’d been so good the last two days <sigh>

Really, she's my bud but I was totally suprised. No occasion except that she knows I'm a bread hog. I tried to call to thank them, but they are at the football game.

BTW, do you guys like New England clam chowder? I think Boudin Bakery, in SanFran will ship their sourdough bread bowls with the cremiest, most delish clam chwder on the planet. ahhhhh, revenge is sweet!

I've actually gotten that for Ryan before...it's very yummy.

But for general Food Gifts, Zingerman's is the best. I got the pasta collection as a gift about three years ago and love them.
