jdkjd replied: Appt went good. Been off the computer due to Bailey having a stomach bug. Ugh.

But the little bugger is doing great. Found out why I hadn't felt much kicking-the placenta is at the front so if the baby kicks, it's kicking a huge cushion.

Of course, during the ultrasound it's foot found my bladder so I definitely felt that.

Any guesses on what else we found out??

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Yippee!!! A little BOY!! How exciting! I know what you mean by it being frightening having one of another gender. I keep thinking the same thing..."What would I do with a boy?" You will figure it out when they get here. Luckily we get them as babies.

Just one of the things that make me nervous. One of my cousins peed on me when my aunt was changing him-apparently, they just go off sometimes!

DansMom replied: Oh, that's wonderful!!! I thought I wanted a girl until I heard "boy"---as soon as I heard it, it just felt perfect and right. Boys are so sweet too, you'll just love it. With the pee thing, it's true. Sometimes they wait until the diaper is off and in the pail. You'll see a beautiful golden arc hitting the wall or the floor. I always keep rag-type towels handy and make a quick tent over the fountain.

paradisemommy replied: yeah!!! congrats on joining the blue team!!! little boys are great but there is that little fountain that you have to watch for...i think it has something to do with the cold air hitting it!!! i've gotten showered a couple times but it's no biggie...

our friends told us that their little boy used to shower them EVERY time they got him in the tub!! something to watch out for!!

When we found out she was a girl, we thought "what are we going to do with a girl?" LOL. Now that I have a girl, I dont' know what I would do with a boy, lol.
