Jason had his first sleepover last night

ediep wrote: well at least the first sleepover since he was 5 months old.

DH and I had a party to go to and my mom was supposed to babysit Jason. SHe called me earlier in the week and told me that she is going to have unexpected company so could we just bring Jason over her house instead. I said sure.

We packed up his clothes, Nemos, blankey, pajamas, toothbrush, and his bed guard rail thing and headed over. We all ate dinner there and then we left. When the comapny left my mom gave Jason a bath and they looked at books. She said he went to bed by 9-ish and was no problem.

I am so anxious to see him this morning to see how he did the rest of the night and this morning. He was planning on asking my Dad to make pancakes this morning.
I am going to meet my parents at church and take Jason home then.

CantWait replied: Hope all went well. Update when you get home.

gr33n3y3z replied: I'm sure everything was fine
He is growing up so fast

ZandersMama replied: hope everything went well!

ediep replied: Jason was fine! My mom said he was so great.
He got up early, sometime between 6-6:30 and went into my parents room and asked for pancakes! After breakfast, my mom took him to the park, then they met me at church. He was so excited to see me that he started crying when he saw me and he kept hugging me through mass.
he is taking a nap now. I can't believe how much I missed him!

gr33n3y3z replied: sounds like he missed you also
That was so cute smile.gif

Little things like that is enough to make you weepy

CantWait replied: What a little sweetheart. Glad he had fun.

Does he get up that early all the time?

A&A'smommy replied: awwww what a big boy love2.gif I know you missed him though hug.gif

ediep replied:
no not all the time. Today he lept until 8am...his usual wake up time is around 7-7:30-ish. although I love when he leeps later!!

DansMom replied: WTG, Jason! It sounds like he had a good time, but he still missed his mommy wub.gif We haven't tried this yet---it will be hard for me the first time.

redchief replied: It's neat to see him growing so quickly and so well. But isn't it great that he still needs his mommy too? wub.gif

MommyToAshley replied: WTG Jason.... sounds like he had a great time even though he missed his Mommy. Jason sounds like the sweetest little boy, I just adore him! wub.gif
