JENNS! HORRIBLE NO GOOD VERY BAD DAY - LONG
jenn3 wrote:   This has been one of those Noo good days  So I dropped chris off at school eaving the twins home with DH. I told him NOT to go to work until i got back. Very clear youd think! WTF i come back NO dh NO dh car! So i call him guess what?
He forgot his phone at home. So now i just feel awful becuase the twins were home alone for atleast 10 minutes(atleast they were asleep) So now Im like half in tears. Then i get a call from MIL saying it was Her birthday yesterday and she never got a call or card(ooops) and how everyone else called her! WTF The rest dont have 3 kids let me remind her. So now shes ragging at me for that.
The twins finally wake up and I give them this red odwalla jouice and said stay at the tablle and went to get the phone. Thomas went to turn on the tv with his joice and spilt all over the carpet! Now it wont coem up and i have a stain on the carpet.
THEN we went to target and ill just say the kids were out of control. THen i got a call from Chris's school saying he was sick and i needed to pick him up! So i driove over to the school and make an appointment witht he Doctor. So hours pass and were still waiting int he doctors office.
So by now The twins have probably ccaught atleast one virus so were finally seen 3 HOURS after the appointment. They told me chris has strep and i asked them to look at lauren seh was looking a little sick so they did a strep test and it was positive! NOW GREAT I have to sick kids. So we drive home and i put those two to bed and theve slept for 2 hours and still havetn woken up.
Now looks run down. Lets just put this day as a AWFUL NO GOOd VERY BAD DAY
PS Dh still isnt home and i cant wait to get my hands o him

I htink that leaving two 3 year olds home alone for 10 minutes is the most irresponsible thing he could have possibly done.
If it was MY DH.... I'd beat him stupid... oh wait.... already there!

on the carpet and the shopping trip. I have twins who will be three at the end of next month. I FEEL your pain.
I LOATHE a doctors office that cannot keep their appts!!!! BUT, a least you got both kiddos seen and hopefully you do not have to go back immediately.

I he was up wathcing tv i stood infront of hiem and said "honey ill be home in 10 minutes wtach the kids" "ok i will honey" looked me in the face! I went to grab his hand and he started screaming(i didnt touch him). Wellt his is the LAST time I leave him home alone witht the KIDS

Oh man, that sounds like a horrible day! I can imagine how you felt after finding out that your kids were home alone, but at least they are ok and were sleeping.
 to your DH, I hope he has learned his lesson.
I hope the kiddos have a speedy recovery and tomorrow is better for you.

CantWait replied: I'd be pretty freaking ticked at dh also. I can't believe the 3 hour wait at the doctor's office. The doctor I work for sometimes has hour and a half wait and I thought that was bad I sure hope tomorrow goes better for you.
