Is Ashley the only one that
MommyToAshley wrote: still doesn't watch where she is walking? She has so many bumps and bruises because she just walks right into things. I mean big things.... like the wall. She will walk one direction while looking at something in the other direction. Sometimes she doesn't even bother to look down, she is too busy running to something else and just walks right over anything on the floor. Or, she will look down at something on the ground and walk into the table. Poor kid has so many bumps and bruises.
MomToMany replied: LOL, Ethan still does that, and he's 4! And Hannah does it too, of course. I don't know if they ever grow out of it!
Kaitlin'smom replied: awww the poor thing, Kaitlin is getting so good at walking unless something is in her way like the toys! but she always wants to get up and go again. Even though its slower than the crawling she seems to prefer it! She has not run into any walls yet though....
DansMom replied: Yeah, Daniel's covered with lumps! But he doesn't seem to mind most of the time. Good thing they're so short at this age and don't have as far to fall.
A&A'smommy replied: lol i STILL do that!!! poor kid i bet thats cute!
coasterqueen replied: LOL! Kylie is still doing the same thing! She will be looking at the bedpost, but walk right into it Silly kids! She also takes off really fast but her poor feet just don't go that fast and she trips and falls. She literally has a permanent bump on the left side of her forehead Doc said there is nothing we can do unless we want to put her in a helmet. That would look real cute, huh?
ediep replied: Jason is a fairly new walker and he does this all of the time!! Poor kids...He tries to run but his feet don't go fast enough and he topples over
Kirstenmumof3 replied: OMG my son was the same way. He would run into the walls, dust himself off and then keep going! One time he was running and made a turn a little too wide and ran right into the corner of the wall. He had a huge bump on his head from that one!
Jamison'smama replied: Awwww, poor busy Ashley! Jamison doesn't walk into things but her feet still turn in and she trips herself CONSTANTLY. We have wood floors so it sounds just terrible when she falls but she is usually just fine. We have a bruisey baby here too---legs, forehead esp.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Nope, she isn't the only one! Maddie is still doing this. Some days it drives me nuts. I keep telling her over and over "Pay attention, Maddie...Pay Attention, Maddie" Still she keeps going and walks into everything. The car door is the big one. She is so tough, though. She never cries. Thank goodness! She would be crying ALL the time. LOL!
MomToJade&Jordan replied: Jade isn't too bad. Her big thing is running and her momentem getting ahead of her. Then she just trips and falls.
kimberley replied: LOL OMG! you have to see James! he still walks into things and he is almost 6yo we took him to a flea market once and of course i was holding his hand and looking at all the tables... what i didn't notice was the big post in the middle of the aisle that James walked right into! his dad almost peed his pants laughing because it looked like it was straight out of a movie and i found it very hard to contain myself once i knew he was okay. he has done this with big marble columns in the mall and sliding glass doors to name a few so we just watch his extra carefully around large posts lol.
MommyToAshley replied: Oh noooo! I was hoping she would out-grow this soon. Guess I had better be prepared for lots of bumps and bruises. They don't seem to bother her, but I cringe every time I see her walk into something.
jem0622 replied: Sadly, no. Gabe is just dreadful. And what is worse...his almost 4 yr old big brother is bad at this too. I cannot tell you how many times (okay, maybe only on one hand) Nathan fell down our longest flight of stairs b/c he was walking ahead of me (after age 3 and had been doing this for a bit) and didn't hold on to the railing. So I constantly have to get on him about holding onto the railing and don't look behind you...look ahead of you and watch your feet!

CantWait replied: Robbie is 8 years old and he still does it. I swear if you look at his arms and legs you'd think we abused him He's always knocking into the walls, and throwing himself on the floor.
