Introducing Leo - our new puppy, ohh lordy! lol!

His breeder wanted to keep alll the puppies but soon realized it was too much. She had already interviewed and denied 4 people before us so i was not thinking she would let me get him. but she did! Leo is 12 weeks and (at my request) passed every Blood test and fecal test known to dog! NOT doing the sick dog thing again. The owner was more then happy to pay for all the testing. The parents are healthy but one allergy to a vaccine but they can take it with a little benadryl shot before hand. We nicknamed him "Mr. sheffield" ( like from the Nanny show) because he has black hair in the frount with one white patch. it's hilarious! anyhoo enough talking he's in my siggy with pics of him days old and then with us. He's just like Gary in manner so i think gary sent him to us. Thanks Gary

Halo42101 replied: Nadia, I hope you don't mind me sharing this with you but just after my husband & I got married, we went to the pound to adopt a puppy. We found one we fell in love with right away. We named her Liberty because we freed her from the pound. We called her Libby for short. We were devistated when just after a week, she became very ill. We found out shortly after that she had Parvo. It was the most terrible thing to see and exp. with her. I took care of Libby around the clock but she eventually ended up passing away in my arms. I sang the song, "You Are My Sunshine," before she passed away. We missed Libby so much, we wanted to get another puppy after but we had to wait a while to make sure everything was okay. We looked at a lot of other dogs before we finally found Mocha but something always seemed to keep us from taking them home. While we were waiting for our new puppy, I prayed that God would send us a dog just as sweet and loving as Libby. Then, one day, my FIL saw an add in the newspaper and we got Mocha just down the road from him. Mocha is the sweetest little girl and she loves everybody... just like Libby. Mocha also loves the sunshine. She lays in it every morning at 11 o'clock when it shines the most. Nadia, I prayed too that God would send another dog just as sweet and loving as Gary to you & your family. I am so happy you found Leo. Congratulations & best wishes!
