if you take in the sides you won't need 2 bras, you can also get a special corset bra to wear under that kind of dress.

I don't think so, I usually wear 2 bras. I wear a padded one, then I wear those adhesive chicken cuttlet things from Victoria's secret. If I don't, I don't have any BBs at all.

Have you ever considered just stuffing two or three of those padded things in the padded bras? You know how they have a little opening that you can slide the pads in and out of? Try putting two or three in there....?

I have never tried that. I like the cutlets because they give you a natural shape and feel I wear them with my swim suits too.
