Tonight I'm cooking Chicken casserole(my fave recipe) Cut chicken into cubes and boil, then mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and lots of black pepper and some sauteed mushrooms and onions all together then pour into a casserole dish and top with crumbled ritz crackers and melted butter!!! OMG it's TO DIE FOR!!!

and I'm also fixing chicken flavored rice a roni and broccoli.
