I'm feeling FLUTTERING....
GavinsMommy wrote: I'm feeling flutters...I don't know what to say about it. I mean, I just got off of AF, though it was a little shorter than usual. Probably 4 days vs. the prior 7 or 8. Anyway...I have been feeling occasional flutters for the past week I guess. Maybe two weeks. I'm almost positive I'm not pregnant because I had AF....UNLESS it is usual for you to get AF once if you concieve while BF. Is that usual or common? I just don't know how to explain the movement and NO it is NOT gas! LMAO...
GavinsMommy replied: Oh and TMI WARNING.......
But this morning I had what looked like heavy ovulation...clear and very stringy...there was a lot of it ...and I just got off AF the day before yesterday or something.
coasterqueen replied: Hmmm, not sure what to say but I would think it's a bit too early to feel fluttering even if you were pregnant...even if it would be your second baby . Have you tried to test?
MyBlueEyedBabies replied: I swore I was feeling movement from the time MAtt was about 3 months until about 8 months. SOmeone told me what it was but...I don't remember.
kit_kats_mom replied: Lauren, Our babies are close in age and I've been having some unusual feelings as well. Not fluttering but I'd describe mine as a congested feeling in my lower abdomen. I'm going to guess it's probaby just our insides settling back but in your case, I'd test anyways. It's not unheard of to have a period when you are pregnant.
mammag replied: My sister had a period early in her pregnancy but only a light one.
I'd go ahead and test just to be sure....
Jamison'smama replied: I have had twinges in by belly off and on for a couple of weeks--I remember feeling them after I had Jamison as well. I know your nerves are coming back and your muscles are moving around--all trying to get back to pre-baby. I remember my doctor telling me about "phantom movement". Maybe that is what you are experiencing. Wouldn't hurt to test though.
Isabelita replied: I had bleeding/AF for 3 months while I was pregnant. So, I guess it is a possiblity. It was after 3 months before I felt any movement, though.
kel replied: i swear i got that all the time for the first year of kira's life.. and i sooo was not pregnant..i would almost be afraid that i was though..from what i can gather from friends that i have spoken to the "phantom" movements are very common.. if you suspect you are preggers i would take a test..although i agree, its far to early to feel flutters..
PanthersGirl replied: Someone help me out...what is AF and BF stand for? Yall confuse me lol
kel replied: AF -aunty flo' (ie period) bf-breast feeding
PanthersGirl replied: LOL! Ok now i feel stupid
kel replied: hey! no reason to feel stupid it takes a while to get used to all the abbreviations:)
