I'm excited!

I am so nervous! My experiences with ultrasounds haven't been good, since I was having miscarriages both times. I'm praying to bring home a picture of a little black hole/shadow in my uterus...I feel good about it, except for the nervousness.

I called and they are going to try to get in touch with whoever they need to...still no results. I am so frustrated. I was trained as an EMT, and I think I might do just as well delivering my own baby

Probably so. My doctor routinely does a u/s at 8 weeks, and I know a lot of doctors don't even do them that early. I'm glad you're getting one tomorrow ~ I'm sure it will be very reassuring!

Danalana replied: I'm so nervous. Every once in a while, i get the AF feeling, and I hate it. I know it's normal because the uterus us stretching and stuff, but it scares me. I wish I could just go to sleep until time to get up.

That makes sense. I had one at about 7 weeks last time because the time before we got to 9 weeks only to discover we hadn't made it past 6. But once they see a heartbeat there is a 95% (or somewhere reallyl high like that) that everything is OK. Here we only get 1 ultrasound around 18 weeks unless there is some other reason to have one.

I am sure lots of us will be awaiting your post tomorrow!
