I have! I would go ahead and take it now. Sometimes it takes an hour or so to start working but it usually takes the headache completely away. Of course, I only take them when I'm at the point where I'm sick enough to be headed home and into bed because they aren't cheap... but at this point it sounds like you need some definite relief.

The only side effects I've ever had were mild dizziness... nothing major. There's a girl I work with who gets migraines as well and she takes it more often than I do. She's had to take it at work several times and she seems to do just fine with them as well.

I'm with you there! If there's one type of pain I cannot stand it's pain anywhere in my head (headache/earache/toothache) I just can't tolerate them at all. I think that's why I'm so bad at dealing with my migraines.
