I wish the resturant
Kaitlin'smom wrote: I have to go to on saturday has some nutritional values on there website. I was hoping to plan in advance what I can eat and stay on track, but its no help. Guess I will have to just go for salad to be safe
Teesa®© replied: Even McDonald's has nutrition facts on their placemats.
Try phoning and asking them, maybe someone can tell you?
luvbug00 replied: Good for you staying on track! maybe they can make you somthing easy like chicken or steemed veggies that way you can eat a full meal.
Kaitlin'smom replied: I hope so I dont want to eat salad as my meal cause it just make me hungry later. I will have to review there menu and go prepaird with questions.
Kaitlin'smom replied: how does this sound?
Balsamic Glazed Chicken Three tender chicken breasts marinated in balsamic vinaigrette and grilled to perfection. Served with fresh grilled vegetables.
but 3 of them no way woudl I ever that much in one sitting unless they are tiny, can we say leftovers?
is Balsamic good or bad?
booey2 replied: Balsamic can be good as long as there isn't too much oil in the vinegrette. When I can't plan ahead, I usually get a steak, bake potatoe and the steamed veg. That is one of the safest bets for me being on WW CORE. Don't fret to much, if you happen to indulge remember you can add extra activity to help burn it off.
What you have planned sounds yummy.
Kaitlin'smom replied: it sounded the lesser of all the fried and smotherd things on the menu, I am not at all excited about the place. maybe I could just do steak and veggies.......dunno hard to count points that way though.
booey2 replied: I hear ya about counting the points, that is why I am doing CORE. If you were to count the points for that I am guessing roughly 8 for the steak, veggies are free and bake potatoes run anywhere from 3-6 depending on the size.
MommyToAshley replied: Where are you going? Maybe I can make a suggestion?
Kaitlin'smom replied: champps or how ever its spelled....
MommyToAshley replied: Ah, yeah, that's sort of a sport bar... they probably do have a lot of the fried foods. We don't go there much, I save all my bad cheating times for when we go to Frickers. I wish I could help, but I don't have any recommendatinos... sorry.
Kaitlin'smom replied: its okay I am doing really well and not craving many things I used to so I think I will be ok, fried food just sound yucky, so as long as I can get some grilled chicken and frilled or steemed veggies I shoudl be ok.
oh and not my pick of places
