Nina J replied: About 3 times a week or more. We go out to lunch more than going out for dinner. We eat out for dinner maybe once a week, and most of the time that's ordering in.

coasterqueen replied: Well we go out for dinner every Friday night. On occassion if someone (kids) is going to eat are arm off or turn totally savage on us while shopping on the weekend we'll eat out for lunch, but we try to get home to eat lunch if we can. Dh and I eat out during the week for lunch ONLY when we forget our lunch or didn't get to the store to get lunch items, which is rare also.

So the answer is definitely once a week. All other times are only out of "emergency" so-to-speak.

CAMSMOM1 replied: Well if you count fast food, I eat out a lot! I try to cook dinner 3-4 times a week. And the other nights we either eat take out, delivery, or left overs. I hate cooking, so we eat out way to much. I wonder why we are both overweight? Cameron eats dinner at Grandma's, so it's just Justin & I that eat out.

Now it is more like 1-3 times a month.

Momof3inMe replied: We eat out more on the weekends. During the week I cook but it seems on the weekends we are more on the go and I don't feel like cooking.

Does having Schwans delivered count? I hate going grocery shopping and love they deliver such yummy food, coures I do have to cook it.

~Roo'sMama~ replied: I voted hardly ever, but that just started a couple weeks ago. We used to eat out 2 or 3 times a week, especially on sundays because we are always gone from morning until night on sundays.

We just got back on a budget though so now for sundays and any other day that we are not going to be home for a meal we bring something along.

A&A'smommy replied: UM more than we should and now since I just started another play it.. for me it may be anywhere from twice a week or more.. I need grociers then I wouldn't eat out so much

C&K*s Mommie replied: once maybe twice a week. Sometimes I grab a burger for me and the girls before I head to class, and they head to my mothers house. That would make it more like twice/wk. If we have no groceries (like now) then the # goes up higher.

ETA: I wish we could get delivery of Chinese here. The closest rest is about (4) miles up the road, but they do not deliver. The closest Chinese delivery rest (also one of my faves), does not deliver outside of a small radius and we are outside of that small radius.

holley79 replied: We eat at a cheap little Mexican resturant almost every Saturday for lunch. It only costs Dh and I 10 bunks with tip. Usually we eat a nice meal out one special occasions.

5littleladies replied: I voted once a week, but it's actually less than that. We are trying to eat at home because it's healthier and costs less.

My2Beauties replied: Um...a lot more than I care to say really, on some weeks I can eat out everyday for lunch I am awful about it. I am doing really good and trying to cook all week now at least, we usually go out to eat with friends on the weekends. There are some things I need to learn to stop doing when we buy a house in order to save money - and this is one of them
