I remember taking the kids to school one time and seeing this guy get out of his truck looking all tough and then holding his little Kindergartner across the parking lot and putting him down, situating his back pack and lunch pale, holding his hand and walking him up to the school. That's good stuff!!! Makes you tear up.

My brother is a tattoo artist, an artist in general, has a band...hippie, with long hair, covered in tattoos.... Most people would run from him, but he is the kindest, most gentle person you would ever meet. My kids adore their uncle Jonathan and he has always been my favorite brother. His wife is pregnant with their first baby...a little girl. He is already so in love with her. I can't wait to see him with her.

KingMom replied: My husband watches our son about 80% of the time that I work (he works a shift where he works 4 days, then off 4 days, works 4 nights, then off 4 days, and so on). They have a great time together but he is always ready when I walk in the door to have his hands free for a while! Here is a funny pic he took one day while home with him).

I was 25 when I got all of my tats. I was in the studio and recorded the guitar tracks on my tat artists CD for free. In return he inked me up... I love them b/c it was a very cool part of my life that I look back and smile at. Now with my son, my life has changed for the 224934892 millionth time and I am more happier than I've ever been. I think the man (or woman) upstairs gave me this opportunity with Frankie and I just want to do the best job as a dad.

Like I said, I lost my dad at 16 so I always felt like I missed out. Now is my chance with the little guy...
