I should be cleaning my house.... - but I'm going to take a NAP instead!

BUT....

I'm going to take a nap instead! Cameron is sleeping, and will probably sleep for another hour, so I"m going to be lazy and sleep! How horrible am I ? I always put cleaning off to another day, and then it looks like a war zone, and I rather sleep! Procrastinator!

I would feel so guilty about having a house that needs cleaning, that I do not think that I could sleep. I am jealous! J/K

First of all, I went to lay down and was almost asleep and my cell phone starts ringing off the hook. It was Justin, he wanted to know what we were having for dinner!!!!! I told him I was TRYING to take a nap....

So I lay back down again, and almost asleep...and my dog starts barking non stop! By this point, I was MAD! I yell at my dog, and go back to bed.

I finally fell asleep for 20 min, and Cameron woke up!!! I was just having a good dream and drooling on my pillow!

Now I'm even MORE tired, the house is a mess, it's 6:00 and I haven't started dinner.

I guess it wasn't a good idea after all.

I should probably start going to bed before 2:00 AM, and I wouldn't be so tired and lazy! So now I have to clean my house tomorrow, hopefully!

kayla's mama replied: I'm a procastinator (major sp?) too. My house is mess and I would much rather be upstairs on PC then cleaning the house while Kayla is asleep and DH is working.


I'm thinking about cleaning my house tomorrow too

PrairieMom replied: I hate cleaning the house. Thats why I always do it on Thursdays. Its my cleaning day, so i force myself to do it then. by wed. my house is a total disaster. so, the moral of the story is, if y-all decide to come visit me, do it thursday night or early Friday morning!

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I came home to a cleaned house yesterday. Of course, I couldn't find my dishes. Aaron can never put them away in the right spots, but I can deal with that. I try to do little pick up stuff when I am home on my 7 off, but on my 7 on, FORGET it.

moped replied: I seem to clean every darn day! With Tom & Jack home all day it is a bit scary. I do the deep down cleaning on Sundays usually

Mommy Dearest replied: I've been cleaning since 11 this morning just finsh dinner wash bottles and now i am soo tired but i have to watch Desperate Housewife plus as soon as i finish my chores Chad who was sitting in the sofa all this time went out. So i am up with the baby as usual ..

Lucky him i am home all the time never get to go out anymore

Oh yeah, it must be nice for the Dad's, they get to go out whenever they want to. DH and I just got into this discussion last night. Where does it say in the parent manuel that Mom's have no life and Dad's do?


I gotta get going, I have cleaning to do! Here it is 5:00 and I still havent started! I wish I had a maid!

Rileysmom replied: I loooooooooooooove naps and take them way too often when I should be sleeping Oh well, things will get done and taking an hour or so to nap isn't going to ruin anything.
