I peed on a stick today...

Anyway, the negative (even though I KNEW it would be this soon) just brought back the dread of doing all this crap again. I did it for 10 yrs and now I'm older and found out on a website that for me to get pg it will take (due to my age,34) about 7 to 9 months!!!! That sucks. I don't want to get all wrapped up in this ttc mess again. I wasn't trying for Izabella (I had given up by then) and was just happy to have her that I never tried for Evan. They were both complete surprises.
I can't take the pressure!!!
redchief replied: Answering without reading any of the content you posted and answering simply because of your title.
If you're doing it right, you're supposed to pee on the building and throw the stick under the roller-blader.... "Big Daddy" says.
My3LilMonkeys replied: Try not to stress about it....as I'm sure you know, that only makes it harder. Just relax and have fun with it!
Kaitlin'smom replied: we were not tring either. relax and have fun
CantWait replied: Relax Crystal, don't stress and have fun. You'll be pregnant and uncomfortable before ya know it.
A&A'smommy replied: I'm sorry it does suck!!! Don't start stressing about it that only makes it harder!!

mommy~to~a~bunch replied: Don't stress about it too much. It could happen much sooner than that. All of mine were surprises. I gave up when TTC Abby, and was about to get a HSG done when the doctor said that there's a possibility I might be pregnant or AF was going to start because my uterine lining was "really thick". Well, it turns out I was pregnant!
Crystalina replied: I hope you're right Mollie. I forgot how much I hated all this TTC stuff. Plus now it seems like my clock is ticking. My sis, an RN, keeps reminding me of the chances of multiple births and complications along with the fact that at my age it will take more effort. Like I'm a senior citizen or something.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: That's a great movie!!
Don't even think about it. Just have fun.
lisar replied: Try not to think about it. Just dtd and it will happen.
Crystalina replied: What movie is it? I have no idea wth he was talking about.
Calimama replied: Big Daddy.. with Adam Sandler!! I love it!
mom21kid2dogs replied: Sorry about the BFN
Please try to disregard what others tell you about pregnancy over 30. I had my daughter at 41 and wasn't considered at any additional risk due to age per my OB/GYN. He told me her doesn't treat anyone as high risk until they give him cause to. My pregnancy was a breeze~very little issue until 34 weeks when I developed PIHB. I walked 3-5 miles everyday and felt absolutely great. My labor was 7.5 hours total with no complications. My daughter didn't have 3 heads or anything !!!
Hope you guys get a positive sooner rather than later, just for sanity sake!
lovemy2 replied: In the words of my OB as I sat freaking out at the age of 35 that I would never be able to get pregnant again (mind you we hadn't even started trying )
"around the second week after your period starts do it every other day - stick a pillow under your butt for 15 minutes when you are done and if you aren't pregnant in six months come and see me" I was pregnant in two months and he laughed himself silly when I came to see him with my BFP
Crystalina replied: That's good to know and Amen to the sooner then later. I'm impatient now.
Crystalina replied: Thanks for the advice although the visual is scary but I will definatly try this!
Mommy2BAK replied: ~~~~BABY DUST~~~~~
I hope you get what your wanting! Those baby dust vibes from me ought to be something special since I seem to be super fertile turtle lady. Hey, maybe you'll have twins like me!
choochoo replied: Oh! I glanced at the title for half a second and thought it said 'I peed in the shower today" and started laughing! haha.
Okay.
