I love my DH - he almost made me cry
My2Beauties wrote: OK coming from my I'm so broke post, my account was -$170 dollars after this whole fiasco and the whole thing was totally my fault and I forgot to add it onto my deductions, etc etc well Brian got paid today, we haven't put our accounts together yet because I am waiting until my name legally changes and I can get my new SS card and all that, but we bank at the same bank and they know us so they let us deposit money for each other and his check, and even though he owes out all but about $200 for child support, daycare, etc...he is putting the $200 in my account! My eyes teared up! Now I won't have to worry about playing catch up on my next paycheck! God I've found me a keeper! I was really worried about what I was going to do.He was supposed to go to the track Monday with some of his extra money too, and now he's putting that in my account as well as he is footing the bill this weekend for gas and everything to the country! I love my DH!
ETA: I know that husbands and wives are supposed to share their money but it still made me tear up because I have so many friends whose SO would just tell him no and say it's their fault and he didn't even get mad at me for it or anything...he just told me not to write anymore checks until my account is switched over
mom2tripp replied: IMO that's the way it should be--I have many friends and family members that believe everything should be seperate and I think everything should always be together--being married means being one--congrats on your wedding BTW
Maddie&EthansMom replied: He IS a keeper!! I told you that! Scotty is the same way. I feel so safe with him. I know he will always take such good care of me and the kids.
Okay, you're gonna get me cryin now!
My2Beauties replied: I know - we're just some sentimental gals
JessC replied: That is so sweet of your husband!
Chris would never do that, he would get mad~!
mammag replied: That is sweet. I'm glad you can relax now and not have to be worried about being in the red.
JAYMESMOM replied: That is soo sweet. One time I made a 400 mistake on our joint account and had to ask my mom to borrow money and my DH hates doing that. Yet he didn't get mad and totally made me feel like it wasn't my fault. Even though it was.
