I love irony!! - A funny EBay story

mom21kid2dogs wrote: I buy and sell alot on Ebay so when I was recently in the market for a DVD that was recommended to me, naturally, I checked EBay. I found an auction at a good price, ultimately won and paid for the item. Yesterday, I got a notice that it would be shipped. Cool. Today I see in my email that the shipping invoice was recinded. I'm thinking . . ."What the heck?" then I noticed a note from the seller. Apparently, on the way to the post office he made a stop with the DVD in the car and when he returned his dog ate the packaging and the DVD case (but left the DVD intact). The guy was so apologetic and offered me a full refund or the option to just pay shipping and take the DVD as is.

"What's the irony?" you ask? The DVD was The Dog Whisperer

I've never laughed so much about an EBay email in my life!! Maybe he should keep the DVD (or read "Marley & Me: Life & Love with the World's Worst Dog") I think I'll just get my money back!

Jackie012007 replied: hahaha I needed that!!! I JUST bought Marley and Me (as in like 15 minutes ago)... my parents listen to it as a book on tape when they groom the dogs at their shop and they LOVED it so they told me to get it

I highly recommend thar book as well. I lost my "Marley" at 22 months to a seizure disorder and I still miss the choas of having him around. The book is great~just have Kleenex handy~you'll need it!
